I’ll never forget the first time I realized I didn’t have to use a cover when feeding in public. I’m just gunna be honest here… I f*cking hated that thing, and so did Allie. She pulled it down every 5 seconds and it was exhausting, stressful, sweaty, hard. I used a cover for my entire breastfeeding journey with her… 13 months. It wasn’t until I had Koda that I had the confidence to ditch it, and holy shit did it make a difference for both of us. It changed everything. Somehow wearing a cover made feeding in public even harder, and more stressful. I’m a firm believer in parents feeding however THEY feel most comfortable. And if a cover helps, keep using it. But if it doesn’t, try ditching it… see how you feel 🤷🏽♀️
