Iāve been making them weekly and canāt get enough š„Æ Ingredients: 100 grams active sourdough starter 250 grams warm water 10 grams salt 30 grams honey or sugar 500 grams bread flour Instructions: 1. Combine starter and water 2. Add salt, honey and flour 3. Mix well until flour is all incorporated 4. Kneed by hand or with a mixer for 10 minutes 5. Cover and let rise overnight until doubled in size 6. Section out your dough into 6 or 8 bagels (I prefer 6 with the recipe) 7. Form your bagels, place on parchment paper, cover and let rise 1-2 hours 8. Boil the bagels for 30 seconds on each side 9. Add toppings and bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden 10.
