I am 15 lbs of body fat down since starting my body recomposition. This is about 4 months of progress, not 4 weeks, FOUR MONTHS!! Some weeks i did not lose any weight. Some weeks the scale even went up. But with time, consistency, and patience ive seen my progress pick up pace as the months go by. More lean body mass=“faster” metabolism. All bodies are good bodies.
